VE.Direct non inverting remote on/off cable

The VE.Direct non-inverting remote on-off cable, with the part number ASS030550320, is designed to remotely control specific BlueSolar and SmartSolar MPPT Charge controller models. While it's not necessary for the larger SmartSolar models due to their onboard Remote on/off terminal, this cable becomes essential for other models. The charger is enabled when the signal on the cable is high and is disabled when the source signal is pulled low or left free-floating. However, it's important to note that a VE.Direct port can only serve one purpose. Thus, when this cable is in use, the Solar Charger VE.Direct port cannot be used for other functions, such as connecting to a GX device or a VE.Direct Bluetooth Smart dongle on a BlueSolar Charger.

The cable can be wired between the VE.Bus BMS and a Solar Charger, providing seamless integration and control. An example schematic in the manual illustrates how the cable is connected between the VE.Bus BMS and the Solar Charger.
